the staff where very helpful, and the bed was comfy. we had a superior twin room and it included satellite tv, central heating and an individual safe. located in 5 minutes' walk from picoas metro station.

The staff were nice, the breakfast was GOOD. The double room had everything you need, climate control, a safe and a mini bar fridge.
